Largo Vista to Start Pipeline Projects 3 & 4

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 15, 2004--Largo Vista Group, Ltd. (OTCBB:LGOV) announced today that it has signed a contract to begin construction later this month for LPG (liquid petroleum gas) pipeline projects 3 & 4 with a private developer in the Guizhou Province (pop. 40 million). These residential homes will be installed with western-type gas amenities, and the company will supply LPG under an exclusive 40-year contract. LGOV has six residential pipeline projects under various stages from construction to completion. All of the company pipelines can handle either LPG or NG (natural gas), which has proven to be the answer to Beijing's outlaw of the use of coal and wood.
